Hygrocybe langei Kühn. syn. Hygrophorus langei (Kühn.) Pearson syn. H. rickenii Maire Brieter Saftling. Cap 3–6cm across, conical, slightly lobed with a prominent umbo, golden yellow often with touches of orange-red in places, striate at margin, sticky. Stem 30–50 x 7–12mm, concolorous with cap or paler, often with whitish stem base. Flesh yellow. Smell faint. Gills adnexed, pale yellow. Spore print white. Spores oblong-ellipsoid, 11–14 x 5.5–7.5um. Habitat grassland. Season summer. Rare. Edibility unknown -avoid. Found In Europe.
